VOWS Foundation is dedicated to inspiring the youth of black and brown communities to live a life of power through trauma release methods, gain awareness through emotional education exercises and learn empathy through community outreach and volunteerism.

Anya Stevenson is the Founder and President of VOWS Foundation. Anya is the owner of Fruit Bowl. She loves to workout and spend time with her family. Anya chose to found and direct VOWS after losing her husband to suicide. With her experience, knowledge and determination, she is learning how to breaking mental chains with her community.
Jessica Herod is the Vice President of VOWS Foundation. She is a full time mom and a Reservist in the Army. She has always had a passion for helping others in any way she can and believes VOWS will be another way to do so. She is excited to use her experience and drive to be apart of the movement.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH SPECIALIST
Kimberly Hall-Deans is the Community Outreach Specialist for VOWS Foundation. She is passionate about working with organizations that educate and give back to the community, actively working in the community for over 20 years. She works diligently with the youth and adults educating them on the importance of CPR and heart health.
