VOWS Foundation is dedicated to inspiring the youth of black and brown communities to live a life of power through trauma release methods, gain awareness through emotional education exercises and learn empathy through community outreach and volunteerism.

Anya Stevenson is the Founder and President of VOWS Foundation. Anya is the owner of Fruit Bowl. She loves to workout and spend time with her family. Anya chose to found and direct VOWS after losing her husband to suicide. With her experience, knowledge and determination, she is learning how to breaking mental chains with her community.
Nakiah Respass is the Secretary for VOWS Foundation. Nakiah is the owner of Waist for Dazee. She is a highly motivated and optimistic person that loves giving back to the community. Humanitarian work is special to her because as a child she saw how important it was for her community. She is here to serve and help others heal in any way she can.
Kimberly Hall Dean is the Treasurer for VOWS Foundation. She is the controller of accounting for a custom house builder. Kimberly is passionate about working with organizations that educate and give back to the community, actively working in the community for over 20 years. She works diligently with the youth and adults educating them on the importance of CPR and heart health!
VETERANS SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Jessica Herod is the Veterans Support Coordinator for VOWS Foundation. She is a full time mom and a Reservist in the Army. She has always had a passion for helping others in any way she can and believes VOWS will be another way to do so. She is excited to use her experience and drive to be apart of the movement.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH SPECIALIST
Brandon Wells is the Community Outreach Coordinator for VOWS Foundation. Brandon is a carpenter and a youth coach. Driven by a love to serve others, he has always been a active member in the community. From joining youth programs and supporting various outreach organizations he will use his experience and passion to strengthen the bonds that bring us together.
Tashi Scott is the Marketing Coordinator for VOWS Foundation. Tashi is a graphic designer driven by helping others bring their ideas to fruition. She has an MFA in design and 8+ years of experience in design, branding and marketing. She believes each of us has innate talents and traits that are given to us, so that we can use them to enrich our worlds. She is excited to use her acquired skills, given talents, and work ethic to support VOWS Foundation, tell our story and help drive the mission forward.
SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Diamond Williams is the Social Media Specialist for VOWS Foundation. She is an Administrative Assistant and a natural hair stylist. She believes in the vision for VOWS and is certain the impact will be positive and powerful for the community and individual souls. She believes in hope for everyone and willing to offer support in any way she can. Diamond is willing to bring to the organization dedication, enthusiasm and creativity.
